Robert Swing

Robert Swing serves as the Founder and President of IVCi and IVCi Home. In addition to maintaining overall responsibility for all divisions in both companies, Mr. Swing undertakes the role of driving and fostering all manufacturer, vendor and partner relationships for the company. Under his leadership, IVCi has grown from a provider of video conferencing solutions to a full service integration powerhouse that has won the prestigious INC 500 fastest growing privately held companies for 4 years. Mr. Swing was also co-founded and served on the Board of Directors of Global Scheduling Solutions, Inc. for a period of three years. Prior to co-founding IVCi, Mr. Swing was a Senior Sales Manager for a regional computer systems integration firm on Long Island. He has been involved with IP networking, video conferencing and managed conferencing services AV integration and home automation for more than 14 years.
Charles Macli

Charles Macli is the Senior Vice President of Sales for IVCi/IVCi Home. Mr. Macli brings to IVCi Home extensive sales and sales management experience within the technology industry and has held senior sales management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation, PictureTel and Genuity. During his tenure at PictureTel, a name synonymous with video conferencing in the 1990's, Mr. Macli held a variety of positions including Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Region and Worldwide Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the successful Enterprise Service Division. Charlie's expertise in video conferencing, IP services, outsourced services and Home automation will help IVCi/IVCi Home continue to deliver the best products, services, and support to existing and new customers.
Chris Böttger

Chris Böttger is Vice President and General Manager of services for IVCi . Chris is responsible for defining, implementing and managing IVCi/IVCi Home's Managed Services. During his tenure at the company, he has been instrumental in developing the award-winning IntelliNet IP video conferencing services. This includes the ability to provide any of IVCi's solutions either as a service, hosted in IVCi's data center or as an on-premise installation. With a strong focus on total solutions, Chris' previous experience includes years in the building automation industry where he was responsible for the management and global support of sophisticated building management systems for the General Electric Company building automation division. More recently he held senior level positions with Polycom, PictureTel and British Telecom. He has helped IVCi and IVCi Home define, build and implement customer oriented services that are core to both companies ability to attract and maintain a satisfied list of customers.
Tim Hennen
Vice President and General Manager, Audio Visual Division

Tim Hennen is the Vice President of IVCi's / IVCi Home and nation-wide audio visual and systems integration team. In this role, Tim is responsible for ensuring that all integrated audio visual projects are properly designed, managed and implemented, and that the expectations of every IVCi customer are met and exceeded. Prior to joining IVCi, Tim worked as the Operations Manager at Advanced Sound Company, an organization focusing on the integration of large-scale audio systems. Tim has completed dozens of manufacturer's certified training courses. He is ICIA CTS certified, and works diligently to maintain a substantial knowledge base of audio visual and conferencing technologies.
